Area Requirement
We love serviced apartments, boarding houses, hotels, or hostels. We also successfully convert office or retail properties. Therefore, we are always looking for opportunities to expand our portfolio of serviced apartments. Whether for rent or purchase.
We focus on properties with 10 to 50 apartments/rooms and an area ranging from 400 to 2,500 square meters GFA (Gross Floor Area). Our target range is approximately 30 square meters GFA per apartment, and through high spatial efficiency, excluding gastronomy and conference rooms, we create optimal conditions for our room rental.
If purchasing is not under consideration, we offer commercial lease or lease agreements, including the option of a management contract. Our contract durations are significantly longer than other commercial asset classes, starting from 10 years with options, ensuring a secure and long-term return on investment.
